How to contact us

You may access the new Customer Support Portal to submit a Support Request, review your case/ticket history and view knowledgebase content. With the move to the ECI Customer Support portal, the following methods are available for you to receive help from our support team:

  • Log onto the Support portal to create a support request - If you don’t have a login, you can request one by completing the form on the login page.
    • Refer to the About the Customer Portal Resource page for an overview of the ECI Customer Portal where you can find information on creating and viewing cases and other help resources.
  • Live Chat is accessible from the Support Portal and will be staffed with Customer Experience Agents between 7am – 7pm CST. If you don’t have a login, you can request one by completing the form from the login page. Once you log in to the Customer Portal, you can find the Chat with Support option on the bottom right of your screen.
  • Call our Customer Support Team at 1-877-433-2266 (This is the preferred contact method for urgent or time sensitive issues.)

24x7x365 After Hours Support

  • Technical Support is available outside of normal business hours for emergency issues, such as disruptions to your production environment resulting in significant impairment of functionality. (7pm to 7am CST)
  • Call the support line 877-433-2266 and follow the phone prompts. If you receive voice mail, please leave a detailed message with information about how to best contact you.
  • Typical response time is under 1 hour.
  • Please do not send emails for Critical After Hours Support. You must call the support number and leave a voicemail for our After Hours agent to be notified.
